Catalyst Career Group will be hosting Annual Workplace Diversity Job Fairs in cities across the United States in 2012. These career fairs will attract talent for positions just like the ones you are currently recruiting for! We label these events diversity because we target those candidates that would be considered minority groups and have been traditionally underrepresented in the workforce. Companies attend this event specifically to recruit from this candidate group.
