Catalyst Career Group will be hosting Workplace Diversity Job Fairs in cities across the United States this year. These career fairs will attract talent for the positions you are looking to fill. We label these events diversity because we target candidates who are often underrepresented in the workforce. Companies attend these events specifically to recruit from this candidate group.
We are committed to assisting companies like yours in increasing diversity in the workplace and present each exhibitor with a Certificate of Participation & Appreciation for their work in advancing diversity in the workplace.

Exhibitor Package Includes
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION & APPRECIATION
Awarded to each of our attending exhibitors for their participation, support, and effort in advancing diversity hiring in the workplace.
EXTENSIVE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
A combination of best advertising practices to bring you face-to-face with quality candidates. Promotion of the events regularly includes the major job boards (Indeed and Monster), a broad number of Diversity Focused Job Boards (ArmedServicesJobs, VeteranJobsite, DisabilityJobSite.com, AfricanAmericanJobsite, Jobs4Women.Net, AsianAmericanJobsite, MinorityJobsite, DiversityJobsNetwork, DiversityJobsite, HispanicJobsite, JobsForWomen, LGBTJobsite, SeniorJobsNetwork, ) and regional job boards (Craigs List, Local Job Network and others). In addition, we employ the Nexxt.com network, which provides us exposure on hundreds of different career sites nationwide. We send notifications of our events to our large database of past attendees, university career service offices, job networking groups, military, unemployment offices, and outplacement services. We also have an active presence on social media, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
YOUR OWN SUITE/EXHIBIT SPACE
Meet, screen and interview candidates from your own private, professional hotel suite or from a skirted table in one of our elegant ballroom locations . Includes company I.D. sign, table, chairs and internet access. Complimentary overnight stay the night before the event in most locations (ask for availability).
60-DAY ONLINE RESUME DATABASE
Access privileges to online resume database of all the pre-registered attendees. Before the event, you can use this to invite qualified candidates to meet you at the job fair. Then after the event, use it as a second round of recruiting to connect with job seekers you didn't meet.
JOB BOARD POSTINGS
We target advertise and promote for up to two of your select positions in order to attract area talent who would love to meet you the day of the event.
EVENT GUIDE LISTING
Your company name, website, and position(s) promoted in our candidate event guide to attendees and a take away for candidates to share with friends and family who may also be searching for a new position.
Each attending candidate is given a brief orientation to educate them on how to use the event and get them excited and prepared to meet with you.
EXHIBITOR BREAKFAST BUFFET
Complete breakfast buffet will be served starting at 8:30am until 9:00am.
